Kenya Bans Importation of Fokker 27 and Fokker 50 Aircraft Over Safety Concerns
The Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) has issued a directive
prohibiting the importation of Fokker 27 and Fokker 50 aircraft into the
country, citing safety and airworthiness concerns. The ban takes effect
immediately following the publication of Aeronautical Information Circular
(AIC) 15/25 on October 31, 2025.
