France: Tunisair Secures Release of A330 Seized For Nine Months, But Not Of Engines
France’s Bourges Court of Appeal has ordered the lifting of a precautionary seizure on a Tunisair Airbus A330 that had been immobilised since May 2025 at Châteauroux airport, while upholding the seizure of two Rolls-Royce Trent engines belonging to the Tunisian carrier, according to a ruling issued in December.
