Ethiopian Airlines MRO Set to Become an ATR Maintenance Center
On December 12, 2024, ATR and Ethiopian Airlines Group formalized their collaboration, marking a decisive step in strengthening ATR aircraft maintenance in Africa and the Middle East. Under the signed Joint Comprehensive Action Plan (JCAP), Ethiopian Airlines MRO will soon become an approved maintenance center for ATR -500 and -600 aircraft, serving operators in the region. The first dedicated facilities are expected to be ready by the second quarter of 2025.
