Airspace Clash : Somalia and Somaliland Air Traffic Controllers Issuing Conflicting Instructions in Mogadiscio FIR

Dispute between Somalia and the unrecognized state of Somaliland is causing disruptions to flights in the Mogadishu Flight Information Region (FIR).
