Tripoli’s Mitiga International Airport (IATA: MJI) resumed normal operations on
May 15, 2025, following several
days of disruption caused by armed clashes in the Libyan capital. The
resumption of flights marks a return to stability at Libya’s main international
gateway, which had been effectively paralyzed amid escalating violence.
