Tanzania’s Msalato International Airport Construction Progress Reaches 72%, Completion Set for 2025
The construction of the International Airport of Msalato, located about 12 kilometers from the center of Dodoma, the capital city, has reached a significant milestone. As of now, 72% of the road infrastructure and 39% of the building works have been completed, according to the Tanzania Airports Authority (TAA). Funded primarily by the African Development Bank (AfDB) and overseen by Chinese firms, this project is a key driver for the economic development of the region.
