In 2023, the Zambia Airports Corporation Limited (ZACL) achieved a milestone by catering to over two million general passengers, marking a notable 24% increase compared to the passenger count in 2022. Specifically, the company reported handling 2,056,312 passengers, up from 1,653,077 recorded in 2022. This achievement, announced by the company on Thursday, February 8, 2024, stands as the highest number of passengers served since the corporation's establishment in 1989.
