Burkina Faso Unveils $131 Million Plan to Revamp Bobo-Dioulasso Int'l Airport

Burkina Faso has announced a substantial investment of 80 billion CFA francs (approximately $131 million) to modernize Bobo-Dioulasso Airport, the country’s second-largest hub. This decision follows the adoption of a report by the Council of Ministers on the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Mobility's 2024 projects. The session, chaired by President Captain Ibrahim Traoré, took place in Ouagadougou on Wednesday, November 6, 2024.
