CAR Partners with Emirati Consortium for $200 Million Airport Project in Bangui
In Central African Republic, a
comprehensive investment agreement has been signed in Bangui between the
government and a consortium of Emirati investors. This multifaceted deal, signed
on January 18, 2024 is set to bring about the construction of a state-of-the-art
Bangui International Airport, a venture estimated at $200 million and
entirely financed by Emirati investors under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT)
model.
