Kenya to Develop Airport City and Special Economic Zone at Jomo Kenyatta Airport
The Kenyan Ministry of Roads and Transport announced on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, its intention to transform Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Nairobi, into an integrated economic hub through the creation of an airport city and a special economic zone.
