Guinea: Conakry Int’l Airport's Phase 1 Modernization On Track for August 2024 Completion
The phase 1 of the modernization project at Conakry's Ahmed Sékou Touré International Airport (AIAST) kicked off on October 10, 2020, with the laying of the foundation stone by former Guinean President, Professor Alpha Condé. Despite several temporary delays, the €120 million construction project finally took shape in April 2023.
