Goma International Airport: M23 Rebels Seize ATR Cargo Plane and Military Helicopters
Tensions in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) have reached a critical point with the capture of Goma International Airport by rebels of the March 23 Movement (M23). Among the seized assets are a Gomair ATR 72 cargo plane, several military helicopters, and various strategic equipment.
