Ethiopian Airlines Entrusts DAR with Designing the Mega International Airport in Bishoftu: a $6 Billion Project with 100 Million Pax
Ethiopian Airlines signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DAR on Friday, August 9, 2024, in Addis Ababa, the Ethiopian capital. The agreement assigns the Lebanese architectural firm the task of designing the future international airport in Bishoftu and overseeing its construction. Located 39 km southeast of Addis Ababa, it will become the largest in Africa.
