Nigeria’s Compliance with the Cape Town Convention Rises to 70.5 Following New Court Guidelines
Nigeria’s compliance score with the Cape Town Convention has increased to 70.5 following the issuance of a new Practice Direction by the Federal High Court. This significant improvement from a previous score of 49 was recognized by the Aviation Working Group (AWG), co-chaired by Boeing and Airbus. Consequently, the country has achieved its highest level of credibility index with lessors and financiers.
