ICAO Hosts Workshop on Public Key Directory in Cameroon to Strengthen Aviation Security in Central Africa
On October 29-30, 2024, the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) held a workshop in Yaoundé, Cameroon, focusing on the Public Key Directory (PKD), a global tool for authenticating biometric documents issued by states. The event gathered nearly 100 representatives from law enforcement and administrative bodies across 14 countries at the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) training facility.
