Libya Becomes a Full Member of the African Civil Aviation Commission (AFCAC)
Libya has signed the 2009 Constitution of the African Civil Aviation Commission (AFCAC), along with the amendment to its article 10/4. The announcement was made by Vasco Vieira, AFCAC’s Legal Advisor, in a LinkedIn post on February 13, 2025. The country deposited the instrument of ratification at the Commission's headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on the sidelines of the 46th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the African Union.
