Libya Awards Turkish Firm Albavvaba the Contract to Modernize Navigation Systems at Seven Airports
The Libyan Development and Reconstruction Fund
has signed a series of strategic contracts with Turkish company ALBAVVABA
Hizmetleri Limited Sirketi to modernize air navigation and communication
systems at key airports across the country. The agreements, signed on July 20,
2025, by the Fund’s Director General, Eng. Belqasem Khalifa Haftar marked a
significant step in Libya’s ongoing efforts to revitalize its civil aviation
sector.
