Kenya Airways and IOM Collaborate to Combat Human Trafficking and Protect Migrants
Kenya Airways and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Kenya, a United Nations migration agency, signed an agreement on Friday July 5, 2024 to enhance the fight against trafficking in persons and improve the protection of migrants. The memorandum of understanding (MoU), signed in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, will see the airline's staff receive specialized training from IOM to recognize and respond to migrants in vulnerable situations.
