Gabon Hosts Workshop on Drone Regulation and Operations
The National Civil Aviation Agency of Gabon (ANAC Gabon) has launched a week-long workshop focused on the regulation and operation of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS), commonly known as drones. Running from February 24 to 28, 2025, the event is organized in collaboration with the African and Malagasy Civil Aviation Authorities (AAMAC) and aims to enhance regulatory and operational frameworks for RPAS across the region.
