Chad Signs the Management Service Agreement with ICAO to Develop a Comprehensive Aviation Master Plan
On September 6, 2024, during the 14th Air Navigation Conference of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Chad’s Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority (ADAC), Mr. Senoussi Hassana Abdoulaye, signed a Management Service Agreement (MSA) with ICAO Secretary General, Mr. Juan Carlos Salazar.
