Airbus completes acquisition of Spirit AeroSystems site in Casablanca
Airbus has completed the acquisition of Spirit AeroSystems’ site in Casablanca, which will now operate under the name Airbus Atlantic Maroc Aero, the European planemaker said on Monday. The deal forms part of the global break-up of Spirit AeroSystems’ activities between Airbus and Boeing, aimed at securing and stabilising their respective supply chains.
