Zambia: ICAO Awards TRAINAIR PLUS "Bronze" Accreditation to SAIAST
Zambia’s
Southern Africa Institute of Aviation Science and Technology (SAIAST) has
joined the global ranks of aviation training excellence after earning Bronze
Member status in the International Civil Aviation Organization’s (ICAO)
TRAINAIR PLUS Programme. The milestone, officially recognized on July 25, 2025,
underscores SAIAST’s growing international profile and commitment to
world-class aviation education. The certification is valid through December 31,
2026, and was formally acknowledged by ICAO Secretary General Juan Carlos
Salazar.
