Rwanda Postpones Opening of Center of Excellence in Aviation Skills to 2028
Currently under construction at
Kigali International Airport, the Center of Excellence in Aviation Skills
(CEAS) is no longer expected to open next year but rather in 2028. This revised
timeline was revealed in a report by African Aerospace, published in its
July–September 2025 issue.
