Zambia Airways Appoints Thomas Gabreyohannes Woldesenbet as New CEO
Zambia Airways has appointed Thomas Gabreyohannes Woldesenbet as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective April 1, 2024. Mr. Thomas assumes the role from Mr. Asrat Jiru, an Ethiopian national whose contract concludes on March 31, 2024, coinciding with the expiration of the five-year mandate for Ethiopian Airline Group to nominate the initial CEO.
