Uganda Airlines Unveils Infrastructure Expansion in 10-Year Strategic Plan
Uganda Airlines
has announced an ambitious 10-year strategic plan centered on developing
critical aviation infrastructure to bolster its operational self-reliance.
During the company’s 4th Annual General Meeting in Kampala, on Wednesday, April
22, 2026, board chairperson Priscilla Mirembe Serukka detailed a roadmap
designed to transition the carrier from a regional startup into a fully
integrated international competitor.
