Praia Halts Bestfly Operations in Cape Verde Over Financial Concerns and Unmet Commitments
Since its launch on May 17, 2021, Bestfly Cabo Verde's operations have been frequently disrupted due to aircraft unavailability or maintenance, a recurring issue that has ultimately exasperated the Civil Aviation Authority (AAC) of Cape Verde. This has led to the immediate suspension of the activities of the subsidiary of the Angolan group BestFly World Wide, which holds 70% of the shares, with the government holding the remaining 30%.
