Praia Guarantees USD 5 Million Loan Contracted by Cabo Verde Airlines
The Cape Verdean government has authorized the Directorate-General of the Treasury to grant a state guarantee to Transportes Aéreos de Cabo Verde (TACV–Cabo Verde Airlines) for a loan of 515,397,500 escudos (USD 5.41 million) contracted with Caixa Económica de Cabo Verde. The measure, approved by the Council of Ministers on October 7, 2025, was published in the Official Gazette on Wednesday, November 12.
