The National Union of Civil Aviation Pilots
(SNPAC) in Cape Verde has launched a strong critique of the Board of
Administration of Transportes Aéreos de Cabo Verde (TACV), accusing it of
bypassing regulations, undermining labor rights, and endangering aviation
safety.
