Nigeria's CAA Revokes AOC of Eastwind and Omni-Blu Aviation Over Regulatory Violations

The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has revoked the Air Operator Certificates (AOC) of two aviation companies, Eastwind Aviation Logistics Services Limited and Omni-Blu Aviation, citing violations of the country’s aviation regulations. In a statement issued on January 31, 2025, the NCAA found both operators in breach of Part 1.2.1.5 of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations (Nig. CARs), which prohibits the falsification, reproduction, or alteration of applications, licenses, certificates, logbooks, reports, or records.
