Nigeria's Azman Air Liquidates Fleet: A New Chapter in Iran?
On November 15, two aircraft from Nigeria's private airline Azman Air, which recently ceased operations, discreetly departed from their base in Kano, Nigeria to Teheran. The planes—an 18-year-old Airbus A340-600 and a 27-year-old Boeing 737-300—are believed to be heading for a second life in Iran, where demand for commercial aviation remains high despite international economic sanctions.
