Nigeria’s Air Peace Adds 6 Leased Aircraft (Four 737-800s and Two A320s) to Support Peak Season
Between November 14 and 23, 2024, Air Peace introduced six additional aircraft into its operations, all leased from charter specialists SmartLynx Estonia and AirExplore, with assistance from aviation broker Zela Aviation. Rather than expanding its fleet, these aircraft are intended to address gaps caused by maintenance issues in the airline’s own fleet, which currently has a dozen medium-haul planes, including four Embraer E195-E2s, grounded.
