Nigeria’s 3 Horizons Obtains Air Operator Certificate
On September 17, 2025, the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA)
officially presented an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) to 3 Horizons Limited at
its Corporate Headquarters in Abuja. The certification authorizes the company
to operate as a charter airline within Nigeria’s aviation sector.
