LAM Mozambique: Two Embraer 190s Expected by December, Says Prime Minister
Two new Embraer 190 aircraft will join the fleet of Linhas Aéreas de Moçambique (LAM) before the end of 2025, Prime Minister Maria Benvinda Levi confirmed before the Assembly of the Republic, according to a summary issued by the Ministry of Transport on 13 November. The acquisition marks a key milestone in the recovery of the national carrier, which remains heavily dependent on ACMI contracts and is undergoing extensive restructuring after years of financial turbulence.
