Kenya's EnComm Aviation Demands $250 Million from BAE Systems After ATP Type Certificate Revocation
In a statement released this Monday, December
8, 2025, EnComm Aviation announced it is claiming $250 million in damages from
BAE Systems for “negligence and misrepresentation,” after the British
arms manufacturer asked the UK Civil Aviation Authority to revoke the type
certificate for the Advanced Turbo-Prop (ATP), an aircraft operated by the
Kenyan cargo carrier.
