Jetex Files Lawsuit Against Air Zimbabwe to Recover $210,000
Air Zimbabwe, the financially troubled national carrier, is once again
entangled in legal battles after South African aviation services company Jetex
(Private) Limited filed a lawsuit against it in Harare. The case, reported by
NewsDay Zimbabwe, seeks repayment of US$210,000 plus interest and legal costs
for emergency assistance provided during a grounding incident in the Democratic
Republic of Congo (DRC) earlier this year.
