Ghana is taking bold steps to revive its national airline, with President John Dramani Mahama announcing plans to explore a strategic partnership with Portugal’s flag carrier, TAP Air Portugal. The announcement came on July 10, 2025, during a meeting with Portugal’s newly appointed ambassador to Ghana, Maria da Conceição de Sousa Pilar.
