Former Air Mauritius CEO Charles Cartier Demands $2 Million Over Alleged Unlawful Dismissal
Charles Cartier, the former Chief Executive
Officer of Air Mauritius, is seeking Rs 91 095 432 (approximately $2 million) in damages
from the national carrier, claiming his abrupt dismissal was both illegal and
unjustified. The demand was made through a formal notice dated July 3, 2025,
prepared by his lawyer, Me Pazahny Thandarayan.
