FlySafair Initiates Lock-Out in Ongoing Wage Dispute with Cabin Crew
In an effort to accelerate the conclusion of negotiations with the South African Cabin Crew Association (SACCA), FlySafair has decided to suspend the duties of its own cabin crew as of Monday, 3 November 2025. The measure, considered a lock-out, is intended to exert pressure during ongoing wage talks after the union rejected the company’s latest salary proposal. Negotiations between the two parties, however, remain open.
