FlySafair Granted One Year to Comply with South Africa’s Foreign Ownership Rules

The countdown has begun. South African low-cost carrier FlySafair has been given 12 months to comply with national ownership regulations. The Air Services Licensing Council (ASLC) has issued this directive, allowing the airline to continue operating while addressing concerns over its shareholding structure.
