Ethiopian Airlines Group Signs MOU with Satarem America Inc. for Sustainable Aviation Fuel Production in Ethiopia
On August 3, 2024, Ethiopian Airlines Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Satarem America Inc., a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions. This collaboration aims to produce and utilize Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) in Ethiopia. Under the MOU, Satarem will produce SAF locally, and Ethiopian Airlines has agreed to purchase it.
