Egyptair–Air Cairo Duo Targets The 170-Aircraft Mark Within Four Years
Egypt’s Minister of Civil Aviation, Sameh El Hefny, has outlined the expansion strategy of the EgyptAir Group before the House of Representatives’ Tourism and Civil Aviation Committee on April 22, 2026. The plan foresees coordinated fleet growth across both EgyptAir and its low-cost subsidiary Air Cairo, with a combined target exceeding 170 aircraft in the medium term.
