DR Congo Accuses Rwanda of Jamming Attacks Endangering Civil Aviation, Calls on ICAO for Action
The government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has accused Rwanda of conducting jamming attacks that compromise civil aviation safety within its borders and has referred the matter to the regional authorities of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) to ‘request appropriate sanctions.’
