Conakry and Gewan Holding Sign Deal to Establish Guinea’s National Carrier
The Guinean Civil Aviation
Authority (AGAC) and Gewan Africa — a subsidiary of Emirati conglomerate Gewan
Holding — signed a memorandum of understanding on Wednesday, July 30, 2025,
concerning the creation of Air Guinée, the country’s new national airline.
