Equatorial Guinea is seeking to finalize an agreement with European aircraft manufacturer ATR before June for the acquisition of new ATR 72-600 turboprops, as part of a broader plan to revive operations at state carrier Ceiba Intercontinental and restore its domestic and regional network.
