Airlink Takes Legal Action Against South African Airways Over Alleged Data Theft
In June 2020,
Airlink terminated the franchise agreement that had bound it to South African
Airways (SAA) for 23 years. Since then, the airline, now the largest in Southern
Africa, has been embroiled in multiple legal battles against the national
carrier. The latest ongoing case revolves around an alleged fraudulent
exploitation of "stolen" data.
