Airlink, the leading Embraer operator on the continent, welcomed its first E195-E2 (MSN 19020190) on Tuesday, July 23, 2025.The test flight was a success: the aircraft landed in Johannesburg from São José dos Campos, Brazil, after a technical stop in Cape Town — a journey of nearly 6,300 km, ranking among the longest flights ever performed by this type.
