Airlink Donates Retired ERJ 135 to Rhodesfield Engineering School
Johannesburg, 19 August 2025 – Airlink has donated a retired Embraer
ERJ-135 regional jet to the Gauteng Department of Basic Education (GDE),
marking a significant investment in aviation education and skills development
in South Africa. The aircraft will serve as a hands-on training aid for
learners at the Rhodesfield Engineering School of Specialisation (SOS) in
Kempton Park, in the northeastern suburb of Johannesburg, south of Pretoria,
the country's capital.
