Airbus Anticipates Doubling of Africa's Commercial Aircraft Services Market to $6.6 Billion by 2042
Airbus foresees a significant growth in the commercial aviation services market in Africa over the next 20 years, in conjunction with the arrival of over 1100 new aircraft expected in the region by 2042. This optimism was shared by Joel Ellers, the Marketing Director for Africa, during the 8th AviaDev Summit held from June 19th to 21st in Windhoek.
