Air Sénégal Settles Majority of $10 Million Debt with Carlyle Aviation
Air Sénégal has recently made significant progress in resolving its financial disputes with Carlyle Aviation. On September 3, 2024, Africa Intelligence reported that Air Sénégal has settled a substantial portion of its $10 million debt to the American aircraft leasing firm. This debt pertains to the lease of five aircraft, of which four - two A319s and two A321s - remain in operation.
