131st ATAF General Assembly in Libreville: Francophone Carriers Confront a Market Under Pressure
The 131st General Assembly of the ATAF (Association Internationale de Transporteurs Aériens ) was held from 21 to 23 November 2025 in Libreville, hosted by FLY GABON under the patronage of the Gabonese government. The opening ceremony was presided over by Gilles Nembe, Minister of Mines, responsible for Transport and the Merchant Marine, in the presence of senior officials including Pascal Ogowé Siffon, Minister of Tourism, and General Abdoulaye Coulibaly, Chairman of Air Côte d’Ivoire.
